• WIRELESS HEADSET TRAINING SOLUTION: This Simple training Solution allows you to connect the 2 wireless headsets into any phone with a headset port and headset key. Simply connect both headsets into the training buddy box and then connect the box into the headset port. Once all connected you can use the agent buddy box to mute the trainee if required. Please note you can ONLY use this for Training on Desk Phones and the training feature will not work on a Computer.
• NOISE CANCELING AND HD SOUND: Our Agent AW range include an ultra-noise canceling microphone to block out any unwanted background noise while speaking to your customers. The High Definition Wideband Speakers allow the user to hear callers with crystal clear clarity.
• WIRELESS FREEDOM & 500FT RANGE: Utilizing the latest 6.0 DECT technology the AW Range allows for greater integration into the work environment. The Extended DECT Wireless range allow users to use the headset with no interruptions up to a range of 500 feet (15 x further than Bluetooth wireless)
• ALL DAY COMFORT WITH 9 HOUR TALK TIME: The Agent Range include a Ultra-Flex adjustable headband, a durable and flexible headband that can be molded to fit your needs. The Breathable Leather Ear Cushions allow for all day wearing without any discomfort. The AW range include a 9 hour continuous talk time when fully charged giving the user the ability to use the headset all day with no interruptions.
• DESK PHONE COMPATIBILITY: The Training Solution will connect and work with ALL desk phones that include a standard (RJ9) headset port. Simply activate headsets and answer calls from the phones headset key or line key. Both headsets can also be used seperately if needed by simply removing them from the Agent Buddy Switch. When used Seperately you can also connect each headset to a PC.
